For the final variation in our Lines & Spaces series, we’ll swap out the greens for some colorful beans; and take out the ricotta, replacing it with nutty, creamy fontina to make a lasagna like no other!

Our first variation spins our lines and spaces in a new, green direction — replacing meat with leafy Swiss chard for a lighter lasagna that still delivers the warm-fuzzies we expect from comfort food.
